Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to arrival there is a one night charge unless we can re-rent your room. We provide a service when a room is reserved. We agree to turn away all other requests for the time you have selected and hold it for your stay. You agree to occupy and pay for the room for the time you have reserved. During our short season, if you fail to arrive or if you leave early, we must still charge for the room. In the event you cancel please get a cancellation number from our staff.

Rates: Based on double occupancy. First two children (16 and under) per room are free with an adult. Additional children are $7 per night. Additional adults are $10 per night. Reservations require a valid credit card with a one night authorization.

Authorization: Reservations require up to a one night credit card authorization

Pets: No pets please.

Smoking: Smoking outside only. Please be considerate of other guests. Smoke is not to enter rooms.

Rollaway Beds: Rollaway beds are $10 per night.
